30-day free returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping is free. There is no restocking fee.
EU customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund it promptly.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Items that cannot be returned
Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used.
Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
