We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit.
That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
If your order was delivered to the European Union, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can return your order for any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Returned in the original packaging, including all inserts, labels, and accessories.
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used hydration pods, aroma refills, or personal care products.
- Custom or personalised items.
- Perishable, hazardous, or gift card items.

3. How to Start a Return
- Email support@adamsselection.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This number helps us identify and process your return efficiently.
- We’ll then provide the appropriate return address or a prepaid label (if applicable).
Please do not send items back without an approved RMA — unauthorised returns may be delayed or rejected.
4. Where to Send Your Return
Our returns are managed through a network of trusted eco-supply partners.
This allows us to keep logistics efficient and environmentally responsible.
When your return is approved, you’ll receive the correct return address depending on your region:
- United Kingdom Returns Hub – for UK-based orders.
- International Partner Returns Centres – for items fulfilled through approved supply partners.
This decentralised approach ensures products travel the shortest possible distance back, reducing CO₂ emissions and handling waste responsibly.
5. Refunds & Store Credit Options
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified of approval or rejection via email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

We also offer the option to receive your refund as store credit, which:
- Can be used on any future purchase at adamsselection.com.
- Never expires.
- Helps reduce unnecessary banking processes and packaging waste.
Simply mention “store credit preferred” in your return email.
By choosing store credit, you directly support our sustainability initiative by keeping the financial cycle within our eco-commerce ecosystem.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We deeply value your trust.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video.
Our team will promptly assess the issue and arrange one of the following at no cost to you:
- Replacement,
- Store credit, or
- Full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Every claim is handled with care and accountability — because your satisfaction and trust are essential to our mission.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
To ensure accuracy and speed, please return the item for a refund or store credit, and place a new order for the replacement product.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Standard exclusions (e.g., hygiene and custom-made items) still apply.
