We aim to deliver every order safely, efficiently, and responsibly. Our fulfilment partners are selected for reliability and a commitment to low-impact logistics where possible.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy as well as our Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy.

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

Shipping region

We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery service

Eco-Standard (Tracked)
A reliable, cost-efficient tracked delivery service managed through our fulfilment partners and carrier networks.

Every parcel we send reflects our promise: dependable delivery with the lightest possible environmental footprint.

3. Processing Times

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm (GMT/BST) may be processed the following business day.
If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeline.

4. Shipping Rates & Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

United Kingdom

  1. Eco-Standard (Tracked): £4.99
  2. Free UK shipping on orders over £40

We may occasionally adjust shipping charges during promotional periods, but the final cost will always be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Eco-Standard (Tracked): 15–20 working days (after dispatch)

In rare cases (for certain products, peak periods, or carrier delays), delivery may take up to 25 working days.

Please note: delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier processing, customs checks on certain items, and seasonal demand).

6. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email including tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact support@adamsselection.com.

7. Delays, Losses & Damages

While most parcels arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays may occur.

If your order appears delayed:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest update.
  2. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us at support@adamsselection.com and we will assist.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the package and contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you. Tracking may be provided separately for each shipment.

9. Packaging & Sustainability

Your parcel is packed with intention and care, using recyclable or low-impact materials where possible. We aim to minimise waste, reduce unnecessary packaging, and consolidate shipments when feasible.

10. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate before checkout. Adam’s Selection is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to amend your address, contact support@adamsselection.com within 2 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, changes may not be possible.

11. Returned & Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • We will notify you to arrange redelivery or refund.
  • Re-shipping fees may apply where the original address provided was incorrect.
  • Returned parcels will be held for 14 days before cancellation and refund (less any applicable fees).

12. Force Majeure

Adam’s Selection is not liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruptions, extreme weather, governmental restrictions, customs holds, or other unforeseen events.

We will communicate transparently and make every reasonable effort to fulfil your order as soon as practicable.

13. Liability & Governing Law

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam’s Selection shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from shipping delays or errors.

This Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
